Digital Products & Custom Work

Due to the nature of digital items and custom designs, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or the project has begun. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Downloaded digital products

  • Completed custom orders

  • Approved proofs or finalized designs

However, if you experience an issue with your order, we will gladly work with you to make reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within [3 hours] of purchase only if work has not started. After production begins, cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds.

Revisions

We include 5 free revision(s) with each custom order. Additional revisions may require an extra fee.

Technical Issues

If you receive a corrupted or incorrect file, please contact us within [30 days] of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
